Delivery/Pick up hours

Bottle pick up/Drop off/Delivery:

Morning
Tuesday-Friday 7am-9am
Available for Georgetown, Acton, Erin, Hillsburgh, Alton and Orangeville.  For pick ups, bottles must be placed outside by 7am.  For new orders with no Refills, please place your order before 8pm for next morning delivery.

Afternoon
Monday - Friday 1-2
Orangeville only

Once your order had been placed, please place all bottles/jars/containers outside in a bag, box or bin with your name clearly written on it. Please ensure that they have been cleaned and sanitized on the outside.
If it is raining/snowing and you do not have a covered area, please put your items in a bin or leave a bin out for us to put your items in.

Porch Pick ups/Drop offs:
Monday-Sa
Bottles for refilling may be dropped anytime. We will fill them as soon as possible. Please make sure your bottles are in box or bag with your name written clearly on it.
If you have placed an online order, you will receive an email notification when it's ready for pick up. If your order has not been picked up my 9pm, it will be placed inside unless you've made specific arrangements for a later pick up.

We are unavailable Sundays and holidays. Our hours are subject to change to accommodate our busy family schedule.
